just got back from jogging session with ah toh & joel.

ah toh's one of my faithful frens
that's willing to travel all the way
frm CCK to Je,
just to jog n motivate me..haha..
(i do nd that at times-esp in exercising)
a great fren that u can count on..

my dear brother,joel's gng to enlist soon..

dunno wat kind of life he's gng to have for these 2 yrs.
